You will be working as a Customer Service Team Leader in the Customer Excellence department (inbound contact centre) of a highly successful and expanding business that supplies fresh produce and fine foods to the catering industry across the south west.

They are happy to consider candidates looking to work either 4 or 5 evenings per week, starting between 5.30-7pm and finishing at midnight. Some weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Support department manager with team development
- Assist with allocation of workload
- Take in-bound customer calls and orders
- Accurately enter all orders onto in-house computer system
- Resolve all customer service queries to the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers, informing of any promotions and new or upgraded products
- Ensure specialist products are booked by specific deadlines and reports are run for relevant departments in a timely manner
- Undertake administration, reports and invoicing as required.

Skills & Experience:
- A proven track record in customer service
- Team leadership ability & experience
- Contact Centre/Telesales experience is highly preferable
- An excellent telephone manner & an ability to develop strong relationships with customers via telephone
- Confidence & a flair for 'warm’ sales, incorporating up-selling & cross selling of different food ranges
- IT literacy alongside fast & accurate data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced & often pressurised environment
- A positive team player with a high degree of initiative, & a flexible, 'can-do’ attitude.

Benefits:£23,500 (pro rata) + bonus + benefits including 20 days’ holiday + 8 days’ bank holiday pay, company pension, health care, free parking, discounted produce, Christmas food box etc. Based in the Chew Valley (Bishop Sutton, Bristol BS39), 12 miles South of Bristol and Bath.

Location: Bishop Sutton, Bristol, BS39. This is a rural location, not serviced by buses, so your own transport is essential.
