This is an opportunity to join a multi-channel marketing communication company. They are experts in Storage, Fulfilment, Ecommerce, Cross Media and Web2Print. Centrally located in the UK, they provide companies of all sizes with a professional and cost effective solution for all of their marketing fulfilment.

What you'll be doing:

- You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts
- Monitor customer stock, highlighting stock variance issues
- Advise clients on stock trends and replenishment requirements
- To ensure that client requirements are fully understood
- Responsible for processing customer invoices
- Maintain and develop existing customers
- Handling the account in such a way as to optimise quality of service
- Proactively assist and advise clients on stock trends and replenishment requirements

What you need to do it:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
- Be Highly organised.
- The ability to work accurately with detailed information.
- The ability to work on own initiative.
- A working knowledge of Excel.

Being the eyes and ears of your client, you will ensure their marketing collateral is stored properly, stock is kept at optimum levels and products are dispatched accurately and on time. You will have a professional, confident approach and a positive “can do” attitude

Annual gross salary is based on 36.25 hours per week

24 Days of Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays

You will be based out of their offices at Meridian Business Park, Leicester.

Their offices offer onsite parking and are within minutes of the midlands motorway network.

Periodically you will be required to visit customers and attend customer SLA meetings so a driving license would be preferred.
