This thriving & successful bathroom and heating company is looking for the best people to join their stable team. You will be focused on servicing a good mixture of retail & trade customers.

You must have a very steady employment history & proven background within Customer Service/ After Sales to be considered for this position.

The role
- To receive & answer inbound enquiries from customers both retail and trade
- To send and receive emails
- Provide detailed knowledge of products and services to give clients the best solution
- Handling complaints from customers
- Day to day administration relating to customers
- Making out bound calls to liaise with suppliers, customers and couriers
- Follow company policy and procedures and ensure excellent standards are maintained at all times
- Be a committed team member, act with integrity and be accountable for your work

Responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding Customer Service to all customers over the telephone & e-mail
- Identifying Customer needs, & deal with in a timely manner.
- Dealing with post sale queries and issues
- Liaising between departments internally (Sales, Admin, Finance, Technical & Warehouse)
- Ensure all technical questions are managed by Technical Department, & answers passed back to customers in the correct time frame.
- Ensuring each query is resolved (so you need to be someone who takes ownership of the customers calls & uses initiative to resolve the customers query quickly and professionally)
- Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication.
- Deal with difficult customers & Situations.
- To work with current procedures, & improve were needed.
- Ensure all FAQ's are dealt with in the correct manner & time frame.

Candidate Qualities & Experience
- Call Centre/ non facing Customer Service experience essential
- Experience working with SAP is highly desirable
- Customer focused excellence is paramount to our customers to ensure repeat business.
- An excellent telephone manner & clear communication skills are a must, both verbal & written
- Confident – able to respond to customer questions & resolve any issues promptly
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to self motivate
- Confident & direct approach coupled with a pleasant & helpful demeanor
- Ability to bounce back to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles.
- Previous experience dealing with bathroom & heating products would be desirable but not essential.
