They continue to build on a platform of unique products and expert customer support by expanding the company’s organic product research and development capabilities and acquiring complementary products and companies.

This a 4 month fixed term contract in the first instance.

The successful applicant will provide office support to the customer service team to scan delivery notes, manage the Customer Service mailbox to ensure allocated to correct team.

They will also ensure that all requests are prioritised, organised and processed accurately and on time; within agreed KPI targets at a minimum. Accurately invoice customer orders ensuring invoice gets sent to the customer.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure active management of Customer Service mailbox throughout the day
- Scan the delivery notes from Suppliers and ensure accurate filing on the shared drive location
- Perform daily invoicing of shipped orders, ensuring copies of invoices are sent to their Customers via email
- Update dates on customer orders and send updates as needed
- Handle the requests of your Sales colleagues
- Communicate any significant complaints to the Customer Service Manager
- Ensure compliance to GDP, ISO 9001 and any other applicable quality standards

The role will be based at their offices in Stone, Staffordshire. This is easily commutable from Stone, Stafford, Hanley and Stoke on Trent.
