This company is looking for a German Speaking Export Customer Service Administrator who shares their passion for providing an unrivalled experience for their customers. This role is based within their Customer Service team at their global headquarters in Burnley; 08.30 am – 17.00 pm Monday to Friday (with an early finish Friday).

Duties will include;
- Customer liaison for resolving queries.
- Qualifying new leads and enquiries and acting as the internal point of contact for your Business Development Manager.
- Order and sample processing, monitoring orders, stocks, print dates
- Ensuring that export profiles and documents are carefully administered.
- Accurate recording of price agreements or service agreements pertaining to individual customers.

The ideal candidate -
- Positive attitude plus office administration and customer service experience.
- Good standard of written and oral business German.
- Interpersonal and communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task and attention to detail.
- Team player but also able to work under own initiative and demonstrate a sound business acumen.
