One of the South East's leading motor retailers has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive/Product Advisor to join their prestigious Jaguar dealership in Sidcup.
The objective of this dynamic role is to talk to customers about the vehicles, providing them with the highest level of vehicle product and accessory knowledge, including carrying out vehicle test drives, whilst ensuring they provide an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be well presented and have face-to-face retail experience working within a luxury brand / hospitality environment.
Previous motor industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
It is essential for candidates to demonstrate:
- A confident, articulate, professional and welcoming manner
- Strong presentation skills
- The ability to tailor communication of complex technical information to suit the customer
-Evidence of their ability to go above and beyond for their customers
The working hours are 5.5 days over a 7 day rolling rota which includes weekends. Salary is dependent upon experience.
