Full Time
8:00 - 16:30 Mon - Thu, 8:00 - 13:30 Fri (37.5hrs)

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience

Reporting to
Customer Services Manager

Objective
To manage allocated customer accounts in their entirety to facilitate growth in sales and sales revenue.

Key Tasks - Sales & New Projects:

- To manage a number of specific customer accounts to include initiating, input and acknowledgement of customer orders ensuring accuracy with regards to price, volume and delivery date
- Advise customers where any changes to their orders have occurred.
- Managing stocks of allocated accounts to minimise the risk to the company.
- Manage Customer forecasts and liaise with Production
- To cover for the Customer Services Manager during their absence from the premises.
- To provide support in answering the phone in an efficient and professional manner and directing callers to the appropriate person or department when necessary. To take and pass on messages for unavailable staff (via the internal e-mail system).
- To support the Customer Services Manager in the delivery/collections of free issue materials from our clients, providing schedules as required liaising directly with the clients to ensure collection dates are met.
- To manage the CSI reporting.
- Attend company meetings and training courses as appropriate
- To maintain a comprehensive customer correspondence file archiving the information on a yearly basis in accordance with agreed company procedure.
- To support Customer Services Manager in any administration when required.
- To undertake any other administration tasks to support the customer service team.
