This Field Service Management Software provider has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking Onboarding/ Customer Service Executive to join their team based in Newry. You will be an important member of their Onboarding/ Customer Service Team, helping to implement their software solution into a variety of different business sectors. Full product training will be provided.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementing a software solution into different business sectors
- Provide training and ongoing support for an existing customer base
- Trouble shooting and offering guidance as to best practices for all customers
- Working to deadlines to complete on-boarding projects efficiently
- Updating the in house CRM to a high degree of accuracy
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis with an emphasis on the best possible customer experience
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with quickly and professionally
The Candidate:
- Educated to degree level
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office products including MS Access
- Previous experience in a customer facing position/ telephone support ideally in the B2B/ SaaS sectors
- Have excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Self motivated and confident in their abilities
- Experience with other software packages including use of CRM
- Clean driving licence
