Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from new & existing customers
- Processing sales
- Accurately entering customer data
- Customer service call outs
- Dealing with customer queries & complaints
- Explaining and promoting our exciting products to prospective clients
- Answering technical questions and delivering a first class customer service
Essential Skills:
- Highly pro-active and good at managing your own time
- Be driven, determined & self-motivated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Be able to work as part of a team in a busy customer service and sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent listening & computer skills
- Keen eye for detail
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
