The role of the Customer Service Executive is to work within the Client Service department within their fulfilment centre. The role requires strong administration skill, and customer focused. You must have a high level of both written & English skills With in-depth knowledge of the fulfilment centres processes and performance the core distribution products of the company you will provide 1st response to clients and be a key internal support to the Client Service Team.
Your Tasks
- Answering customer queries via telephone and e-mail
Manage CRM and resolving as per the agreed query resolution process
Switchboard responsibilities
- 1st response for tracking parcels and escalating to the relevant service provider
Your Profile
- Confident when communicating across business
- Able to manage busy times and quieter periods
- Focused on the quality and good attention to detail
- Can identify and resolve issues for clients and partners
- Communicates well, personable and professional manner
- Able to follow instructions
- Self-starter and also works well as part of the team.
