This is an opportunity to join a growing e-commerce family run business offering wide range of Phone Parts / Accessories to their customers around the U.K. They are currently looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers either by email or telephone
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Assist with refunds, exchanges or cancellations
- Resolve and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Track customer orders and report
- Interface with support services
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Key Competencies
- 1-2 year(s) of experience in customer service role
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communications skills – verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of German or Italian is not a must but would be preferred
