The Customer Service & Support Coordinator is the heart of the support function, located centrally in their Pury Hill Office, Towcester, Reporting to the Central Support Manager you will be the direct point of contact to allocated customers, internal stakeholders, sites and Service Engineers nationwide, responsible for providing unrivalled customer service, liaising daily with their international competence centres who form part of the group.

This position is a fixed term contract for twelve months.

The role encompasses:

- Extensive query management from customers and stakeholders nationwide.
- Provision of dedicated Customer Service & Support to customers and engineering staff
Service Help Desk support for a variety of stakeholders
- Providing Account Management assistance to Account Managers
- Spare parts order processing; this includes sourcing products from other suppliers’ creating quotations, placing orders, liaising with customer regarding delivery, completing the process by creating Invoices and raising sales credits where required.
- Working closely with the Finance Department to create Credit requests, Invoice Approvals, Budget monitoring, and inter-divisional recharges-
- Provide support to the CSS project team
- Monthly Billing of all Service Contracts, ensuring all services delivered are charged for
Gate Keeper of processes, ensuring processes are followed, adhered to and are up to date
- Processing Timesheets and booking engineers time to Jobs
- Quoting Customers to secure additional cover for extra services required (Hotline tickets)
- Preparing and maintaining reports in MS Excel as required. - These could include reports on site activity, system availability and engineering performance.
- Ensure all correspondence: emails, letters, phone calls, are dealt with in a timely fashion and in line with departmental SLA’s

To be successful in your application, you will have previous experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of word/excel and excellent communication skills.
