Customer Service / Compliance Call centre agent

The Company: A well-established mobile telecommunications company with a nationwide presence.

They are in touch with developments in mobile technology with close links to all major UK manufactures ensuring they have in-depth knowledge. Their teams are trained to provide the best advice and service in order to guarantee the customer’s requirements

They are looking for energetic, enthusiastic agents to join a diverse team with strong focus on customer service and a keen eye for detail to help with compliance monitoring.

Job specification
- Full time – 40 hours a week
- Shift patterns 09.00 – 18.00, 10.00 – 19.00, 11.00 – 20.00
- Saturdays and Bank Holidays worked on a Rota basis
- Paid Holidays
- Workplace Pension scheme
- Must be able to work towards targets and KPI’s
- £15,000 basic pay per annum
- Full training provided

Ideal candidate
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Keen attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Self-Motivated
- Flexible when needed
- Good telephone manner
- Excel and PC literate
- Strong organisational skills – especially in account management

Duties and responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Call Marking following Ofcom guidelines
- Checking contracts are compliant
- customer verification calls
- Entering Data onto our ad-hoc system
- Handling customer complaints and following internal escalation processes where necessary
- Producing daily reports
