Customer Service Assistants

They are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistants to join their team in Redhill, Surrey. We have vacancies for Customer Service Assistants to work on their shop floor and out in the feed store. The successful candidate will be contracted to working 40 hours per week, on a 5 out of 7-day rota.
Duties will include:
- Serving their customers on their tills
- Goods inwards and replenishment
- Product merchandising including implementation of seasonal layout changes
- Product promotions ensuring stock availability
The ideal candidates will need to have the following skills :
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Works well in a team
- Friendly personality
- Hands on approach
An interest in the countryside and local communities, along with an understanding of their values and principles, is essential. Due to the nature of products and role, this position will involve regular lifting. Please note their store is not accessible via public transport.
