This role is to join this groups specialist ITAD division.

This group was founded in 20 years ago, however, their ITAD division is just 6 years old.

As a Group, their clients include many of the top FTSE 100 companies, and this role will provide the right candidate with an excellent opportunity for progress.

They are looking for an experienced customer services agent to join their young, growing company. The successful candidate will be employed to assist their Customer Services Manager meet and satisfy the needs of their customers, both verbally and online.

The successful candidate will be based in their Croydon head office, a brand new, bright, purpose built building.

You will be included in both the company pension scheme, and well as a companywide bonus scheme

All their product ranges are held in stock, which means that they can supply products in a timely manner from their warehouses based in Croydon, London.

They are currently recruiting for a Customer service assistant to join their vibrant and expanding team here at this company.

Essential Skills:
- Previous experience of working as a customer services agent
- The ability to work unsupervised, continually managing time and prioritising work to meet tight corporate deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
- Have a measured and controlled approach to work
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to use your own initiative to resolve customer issues
- Have a passion for IT equipment such as computers, laptop and gadgets.

Your duties:

- You will be required to produce weekly reports for the customer service manager.
- You will need to effectively manage incoming customer calls
- Respond to online queries on platforms such as: eBay & Amazon, both via email and phone.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust trough open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for ensuring customers are kept informed at all times throughout their experience with the company
- Keeps records of customer interactions

Hours of work and remuneration
Your working week will be 5 days across Monday to Saturday, with overtime available outside of core hours and days.
