This company specialises in Mobile Phones within the telecommunications sector. They are seeking a candidate to join their Customer Service department in Nottingham City Center due to the constant growth and demand for the business.

The department is fast paced and no customer query is ever the same. As front-line customer service advisers, you are responsible for providing an excellent experience to our customers whether they be internal or external, therefore you will need to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous Customer Service experience is ideal, although full training is provided. If you have a warm personality with a positive can-do attitude, you will be well suited to this position.

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Keen attention to detail

- Self-Motivated
- Flexible when needed
- Good telephone manner
- PC literate
- Microsoft software knowledge – mainly Outlook, Word and Excel (although not essential as full training provided)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with customer inquiries both written and verbal
- Maintain external and internal expectations
- Fully comply with data protection when handling customer information
- Ensure customer’s accounts are fully up to date with notes of all queries received
- Complete customer verification calls when required
- Manage and organize daily workloads to ensure maximum performance
- Be flexible to accommodate the needs of our customers, the department and the business
- Support additional internal departments to ensure daily business tasks are completed
- Take ownership of resolving customers’ queries and complaints to ensure the customer is retained and issues are fully resolved
