They design, build and manage their own 1100km FTTP network in-house and are one of the leading suppliers making use of Gigabit Voucher programs. In addition to their fibre network they support a network of 150 wireless masts to deliver super fast speeds to customers not yet on their fibre network.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers with their account enquiries by phone or email
- Convert registrations of interest into sales
- Conduct desktop surveys using Google Earth Pro to generate quotes for potential sales*
- Process orders received via telephone, web lead or email
- Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of their products and services, including their growing network*
~ Adhere to company standards & policies and ICO & Ofcom regulations*
- 2 years customer service / sales experience
- Demonstrate a level of technical knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- £18k - £22k dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
