A Customer Service & Sales Advisor is wanted to join a family owned online heating and plumbing merchant. This is a full time position based in their Colchester Offices.
The role would see you working in a very paced environment where you will work as part of the Customer Service & Sales team on a daily basis, dealing with customers both on and offline via phone, email and LIVE Chat.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders.
- Dealing with customer service issues on & offline
- Following up and closing sales leads, via telephone, email and live chat.
- Email management.
- Helping customers with technical enquiries online.
- Researching product information with suppliers & manufactures.
- Communicating with suppliers and arranging deliveries.
- Basic administrative tasks updating spreadsheets
What they are looking for?
- Enthusiastic and Reliable individual.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience (desired but not essential).
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident telephone manner
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
- Always focusing on customer needs.
- Good understanding and knowledge of PC, IT and internet systems.
- Be able to solve problems and work off their own initiative.
