This role is for a vehicle leasing broker, they are looking to recruit an outgoing and dynamic full time Customer Service & Retention Administrator, to work alongside their admin team in supporting the customer retention department.

Position responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with any queries or issues they may have
- Organising contract amendments
- Administrating the end of contract process, including vehicle collections
- Liaising with customers and a variety of suppliers, primarily over the phone.
- Maintaining client records
- Managing complaints records

Position requirements:
- Experience within a customer service role
- The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a variety of people
- Computer literate, with experience and qualifications in Microsoft Office
- A confident arithmetic and literacy ability demonstrated with relevant experience or qualifications
- Organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
- Attention to detail and a determination to solve problems

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
