This is an opportunity to join an online supplier of a huge range of personalised printed gifts, merchandise and clothing. This company operates several different trading outlets - all of which are online based, including a number of their own websites plus popular online marketplaces.
The company enjoys significant year on year growth and is now entering into its 6th year of trading, operating from 2 separate sites in Chester.
This role will be based on site at the production facility so that the succesful candidate can interface with the production team and operations manager on a daily basis.
This opportunity will involve being responsible for managing customer service with all of their online and telephone customers, as well as various other administrative and business support tasks in the office.
Duties will include but not limited to responding to emails and support tickets, answering phone calls and organising paperwork.
You will report daily to the operations manager on site at the facility.
Previous experience in customer service
Strong typing skills
Confident telephone manner
Quick learner and enthusiastic
Reliable and willing to be part of the overall team!
Salary ranges from £13,000 - £16,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, they offer opportunities for pay rises based on performance and learning.
The job is based in Chester, at their production facility in Saltney, they have car parking spaces available. There is good transport links if you are taking the bus.
