The Customer Service and Despatch Administrator will be responsible for managing delivery to our customers from order through to despatch and dealing with customer service queries. This is a key role reporting directly into the Customer Services Director.

This is a hands on role with responsibility to ensure we meet our consistently high standards of customer service and on time delivery to meet customer deadlines. They are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to take the initiative and ownership of this important function.

Main duties:
- Daily upload of new customer orders to our MRP system
- Generate despatch documentation
- Answer customer service calls, manage repairs and customer collections
- Book and liaise with transport and delivery companies

Strong IT skills especially with Excel is essential. Previous experience in a customer service role, or similar would be a distinct advantage.This is a time sensitive environment, so the ability to work at a fast pace accurately is essential.

You will be a strong team player, always looking for ways to help an encourage other team members. You will be a good communicator both verbal and written.
