This company began as an independent retailer within the Mobile Phone industry. Since then, they have ridden the pressures of intense competition to become one of the most reliable Mobile Retailers in the industry, with stores Nationwide. Their Central office based in Nottingham, is their biggest and busiest retail outlet across their internal supply chain.

Due to the further expansion of the business, they are now seeking enthusiastic people to join their Customer Service team who are the first point of contact for all their customer outlets within their business.

Ideal Candidate:

- Good telephone manner
- Excel and PC literate
- Strong organisational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with all customer enquiries both written and verbal
- Take ownership of resolving customers’ queries and complaints to ensure the customer is retained and issues are fully resolved
- Fully comply with data protection when handling customer information
- Ensure customer’s accounts are fully up to date with notes of all queries received
- Complete customer verification calls when required
- Manage and organize daily workloads to ensure maximum performance
- Develop and manage relationships within the business
- Maintain external and internal expectations
- Be flexible to accommodate the needs of our customers, the department and the business
- Support additional internal departments to ensure daily business tasks are completed
