37.5hrs per week 8.45pm -5pm Mon–Thu, 9am – 4.00pm Friday

An award-winning, fast-growing pharmaceutical & sports supplement manufacturing company are looking for someone to provide customer service and business administration who has high attention to detail, able to work under their own supervision and takes customer satisfaction very seriously.

Candidate requirements

They are looking for a self-motivated, organised team player with an eye for detail. The candidate must be literate, numerate and computer savvy. You are required to have GCSE’s of C or above in Maths, English & Science. They require a person who is fit and healthy and likes to keep busy as well as being reliable and hard working.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

- Able to take on tasks and see them through to completion under own guidance
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Main Duties

Customer Service
- Fielding customer enquires through email, eBay messages, live chat enquiries, telephone e.g. requests for product information, shipping exceptions, returns,
- Improving the customer service we offer through optimisation of the touchpoints and analysis of performance of these elements
- Resolve product or service problems
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Supporting other team members to meet customer expectations and to represent the Company in the most professional way possible.

Business Administration
- Inputting items onto receta with all relevant attributes and assisting in ensuring ERP system has correct data
- Managing SQDIP board through excel and analysis of root causes for issues
- Amendment of Ad-hoc COA’s as required
- Booking goods in to assist the operations manager
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
