An award winning, fast growing pharmaceutical & sports supplement manufacturing company is looking to recruit a customer services & business administrator.

Customer Service

- Fielding customer enquires through email, eBay messages, live chat enquiries, telephone e.g. requests for product information, shipping exceptions, returns,
- Improving the customer service we offer through optimisation of the touchpoints and analysis of performance of these elements
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results
- Check product availability for customer orders and notify of need restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Taking orders over the phone and in person.
- Dealing with customer returns and refunds.
- Supporting other team members to meet customer expectations and to represent the Company in the most professional way possible.

Business Administration

- Working as part of team to ensure projects are completed on time
- Managing the Ebay and Amazon store fronts
- Inputting items onto receta with all relevant attributes and assisting in ensuring ERP system has correct data
- Gathering information to assist in the creation of quotes
- Managing SQDIP board through excel and analysis of root causes for issues
- Managing Price 2 spy and producing reports on the data for management
- Amendment of Ad-hoc COA’s as required
- Checking all products are in/out of stock accordingly on the website and listing them accordingly
- Booking goods in to assist the operations manager
- Reviewing performance of couriers
- Fielding phone calls for the Managing Director and Management Team, passing on only those that need responding to personally.
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
- Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
