You’ll be in close contact with their customers, so you’ll need to be a great conversationalist and take pride in the outstanding service you provide. You’ll also be liaising with industry third parties to ensure the smooth and timely operation of all back office processing. They are always looking for ways to improve, so you’ll bring unconventional thinking and be naturally curious about how to make things better for their customers.

- Some experience in customer service business
- A true passion for the customer service industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- A reasonable level of computer literacy
- Exposure to steep learning curves
- Self-motivated and self-assured
- High sense of urgency and multitasking skills
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary - £17,600 per annum
There is also an opportunity to earn a performance related bonus scheme

You should have the flexibility to work within the hours of Monday to Friday 8AM to 8PM and Saturday 9AM to 5PM

By car:
Positioned at the heart of the UK’s motorway network, Quayside Tower is easily accessible via the M5, M6, M40 and M42. You will need to park at one of the nearby pay and display car parks.


By train:
The office is a short walk from Birmingham New Street (10 – 15 mins), Birmingham Snow Hill (15 mins) and Birmingham Moor Street (20 mins) train stations and is very easily located.
