This online monthly subscription service company is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Agent to help their dedicated Customer Service team maintain the high standards for customer service.

The Customer Service team goal is to provide an amazing experience to each and every customer during all of their interactions with the company. Customer Service team members are the heart of the business and have a major impact on their continued success.

Responsibilities
- Corresponding with customers via Email/ Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram/ Telephone, you will act as the voice of the company, spending your days on the front lines servicing their customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and keeping the customer records up-to-date
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
- Work in a target driven and focused environment
- Office admin

Qualifications:
- Experience working in an E-commerce customer service focused environment
- Experience using ZenDesk (or similar)
- Excellent writing and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of beauty
- A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist their customers every day

- 1-3 years out of uni and have spent those years working on social media or in customer support at a company or an agency
- Kind, patient, positive, empathetic and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
- Love the feeling of having a happy customer and are willing to go above and beyond to make that happen
- A problem solver – you constantly have ideas for how to make a situation or service more efficient and successful – and able to remain calm under pressure
- Self motivated, naturally organised and motivated by being part of a fast paced, target driven environment - whilst keeping a smile on your face and having fun
