- Meet all customers' and business requirements in the most cost effective, professional and timely manner whilst achieving a high level of customer service.
- To provide customers with a quality service for all sales enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and associated administration in the most cost effective way for their products.
- To support the role of the external sales force through securing work, following up of sales leads, and promotion of branded products

They are based at Watermead Business Park, North East of Leicester. Located close to the M1 and A46, a free park and ride operates from Birstall, there are carshare car parking spaces on site and there is a bus every 30 minutes from Leicester to Syston. There are free hot drinks on site as well as vending machines with food.
