As Customer Service Executive, you will answer customer queries through the companies social media channels and email. You will monitor customer experiences and seller metrics to identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes. You will have knowledge of relevant rules and regulations relating to online selling, e.g. the Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations.

You will be confident in working both independently and as part of our expert team of sales people, web developers, content managers, account managers and their support team, directly for the Head of eCommerce.

To succeed in this role, previous experience in eCommerce customer service is essential – experience in helping customers through an online marketplace like Amazon or eBay would be beneficial. You must be a competent writer, an efficient problem solver and have a strong sense of empathy.

This exciting and varied role will consist of:

- Responding to customer messages and answering their enquiries
- Advising customers about their options for resolving issues and guiding them on how to do this
- Identifying recurring issues with sellers, monitoring their performance metrics and liaising with the relevant teams to provide solutions
- Identifying ongoing issues and improving processes to prevent additional issues
- Updating and adding to customer guides and FAQ’s
- Managing the company Trustpilot account by responding to positive reviews and resolving negative reviews
