This mobile phone parts & mobile phone distribution company is currently looking to recruit full-time Advisers to join their multilingual customer service division, based in West London NW10. This is a fantastic opportunity for an interesting career within tech products industry.

Role
Being a Customer Service and Sales Adviser you will play a crucial role in supporting their customers to expand the sales in all parts of the relevant country. This will include providing first-class customer service, dealing with customer enquiries via email, and providing friendly and professional advice on a wide range of products

Essential Skills
- Multilingual - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Excellent translation skills.
- Strong customer service background

Desired Skills
- Some experience of working within a customer services or sales team.
- Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.

Personal Qualities:
- Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service.
- Highly communicative.
- Friendly attitude and easy to get on.

Things to Consider
- You must have eligibility to work in the UK, the ability to work from their office in West London, and be multilingual in English and German

Useful Information
- Salary Range: £20000 - £24000 dependent on experience with additional incentives for the right candidate!
- Working week: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
