A leading provider of Internet, VoIP & Voice communications services are seeking an Customer Service Advisor / Service Delivery Coordinator to join the busy customer service team as the company continues through significant growth.
Customer Service Advisor / Service Delivery Coordinator responsibilities:
- Managing both direct customer and reseller requests
- Using their CRM/Ticketing system to manage customers requests
- 1st line fault diagnostics
- Using web portals to place orders with key partners
- Updating customers records/file management
- Handling complaints
Experience:
- Experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service/account development role
- Computer literacy with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong team working skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, taking support calls from the business as well as their customers. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users via the telephone, email and web portal.
