Responsibilities:
- Ensures all customer orders are processed, acknowledged and dispatched on time.
- Clarify and understand customer issues. Resolve in respectful and timely manner.
- Liaises with Production on orders that need to be produced, including any special customer instructions.
- Update CRM system, currently Navision.
- Persuasive – has skills and ability to move customer to our best products, order more preferred products to fill minimum order requirements or fill container.
- Reduces complexity in all processes within the customer service function.
Skills & Experience:
- Must be fluent in both oral and written English,
- Spanish and Italian speaking language both oral and written would be distinct advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for building excellent relationships.
- Able to display the capability for providing a consistently high level of customer service.
- Positive approach, flexibility and a willingness to "go the extra mile".
- Taking ownership for solving problems and identifying prevention.
- Treating customers with respect, always trying to understand and act on their needs.
£21,000 to £23,000 dependent upon experience
23 days holiday, rising to 24 after 2 years service and 25 after 4 years.
Pension scheme 3% employee, 7% employer which includes death in service and critical illness benefits.
