They are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- You will be answering telephone calls & responding to emails.
- Providing product advice and support to their retailers, colleagues & customers.
- Liaising with their select group of warranty centres & co-ordinating the logistics of warranty claims, with online booking of couriers.
- Potential for attending trade & public shows, to advise customers face to face.
The Camping and Caravanning Industry is seasonal, on quiet days you may be asked / expected to assist other departments when they are busier.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in customer services expected
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Good M.S. Office knowledge
- Attention to detail in relation to office administration
- Self-motivated with a flexible attitude to duties and tasks
- Pro-Active approach to problem resolution
- Be able to prioritise tasks
- Be technically minded, i.e. comfortable & confident using technical terms
- GCSE in Mathematics & English Language grade C/4 minimum
Not necessary but advantageous:
- Experience with CRM Systems
- Experience of Camping / Caravanning
- Additional languages
