Fantastic opportunity to join this successful support team in Preston.

This company provides high quality hearing checks and hearing aids to customers across the UK and Ireland.

They believe that good hearing should not be a luxury, and pledge to enable individuals with age-related hearing loss to rediscover their hearing in less than 1 hour.

Due to rapid growth, a position has become available for an experienced advisor to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.

This role involves delivering professional, helpful and high quality service to their customers, dispensers and pharmacies on a day to day basis. Their office is conveniently based in Preston with good links to the M6 motorway.

- You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to their team of Dispensers and Pharmacies, duties include:
- Handling enquiries from Customers, Dispensers and -
Pharmacies via telephone and email
- Processing, packing and sending orders to Customers and Dispensers
- Liaising with Pharmacies with regards to hearing day appointments
- Taking payments and processing Direct Debits
- Diary management
- Data entry
- Additional ad-hoc duties

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need:
- Strong IT and admin skills, with experience using MS Office
- Good communication skills with professionalism being key at all times
- A polite and helpful phone manner
- To be able to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to go above and beyond
