This is an opportunity to join a leading independent Tour Operator specialising in sailing holidays worldwide. They are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small but growing, friendly office.

They are known for their excellent Customer Service. Here's what one of their client's has to say - "Great sales service and very respondent on any specific requests related to the boat weather tide shopping flights etc.

If you have an enthusiasm for travel and exceeding customer expectation they would love to hear from you.

This role is customer facing and you will be working in their dedicated customer care team. Previous experience in a customer services role within the travel industry is preferred but not essential.

The role includes:
- Dealing with administrative tasks
- Responding to enquiries
- Ensuring enquires are responded within 24 hours
- Going the extra mile to offer the best service and choice to clients
- Preparing booking confirmation and travel packs for clients
- Taking payments for bookings
- Preparing client invoices, sending balance reminders
- CRM database management
