This company was established in 2010. They are UK based B2C and B2B multi-channel e-commerce company. The company has extensive experience within product development and on the strength of this they have open new branches and developed their brands in America, Canada, France, Germany and Italy.

The role

They are currently looking for an ambitious and passionate customer services advisor to join this company who will be working with many of their own brands in their UK head office. In this role you will be working alongside many departments in the business to ensure the smooth transition of workflow.

As a customer service advisor, you would be required to work weekends. Your aim will be to work effectively alongside your team, providing excellent customer service as well as advising and supporting their clients.

Key responsibilities

- Communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Process sales orders.
- Supporting other departments.
- Administrative duties when required.
- On occasion, pass on any sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Escalating issues where necessary.
- Logging calls effectively.
- To ensure close attention to detail.
- To enthuse customers about products and services.
- To work effectively in a team.
