This company is a rapid growing company based in Alsager between Stoke on Trent and Crewe offering Boiler, Home and Appliance cover to homeowners and landlords nationally.

Due to their rapid growth they are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience looking to join a professional and successful company with the opportunity to progress.

The Role:
This is a varied and interesting role, and no two days are the same! But will include:
- Handling a variety of customers and offering excellent customer service by answering questions and queries regarding the customer account.
- Account amendments.
- Managing customer complaints.
- Managing cancellation of plans.
- Discussing overdue payments.
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure their customers get the correct information.
- Answering queries from Contractors and Suppliers.

What Skills and Experience will you need?
- The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced role, and be comfortable multi-tasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as being able to learn new CRM / Database.

The ideal candidate will receive excellent training, support and development to progress their career in this field.

Job Package Details:
Salary: £16,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8.00am and 7.00pm. One Saturday per month 9.00am - 2.00pm.
Holidays: 28 days per year, rising with each years service.
