Leading independent cleaning and catering distributor, based in Bristol for over 128 years, has an exciting position vacant to join the customer services team.
If you have a friendly can do attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and care about giving good service this is the role for you.
Role
- Respond to customers by phone, email or web
- Offer knowledgeable advice to support customers’ business requirements
- Process orders professionally and accurately answering any queries in a timely manner
- Share knowledge about products and services to benefit customers business
- Support the field sales team with data management and contacting customers
- Proactively promoting company services as and when required
Skills
- A friendly and professional telephone manner is essential
- Ability to see a situation from the customer’s perspective
- Have good organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
- Competent with Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and perform effectively under pressure
