One of the UK’s fastest growing business telecommunication companies is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Service Delivery Team. As a Customer Service Advisor you will develop and maintain relationships with their customers to aid customer retention and maximise the benefit received by the company from the account.

The successful candidate will work full time from their offices in Solihull, West Midlands reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and ultimately the Operations Director, full training will be provided but experience in the telecoms industry is preferable.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday: Allowance - 20 days paid holiday per annum
Pay: £17,500.00 - £19,500.00 per annum depending on experience

Duties to include but not restricted to:

- Answering customers calls
- Managing both direct customer and reseller requests
- Answering general customer queries
- Updating customers records/file management
- Using their CRM/Ticketing system to manage customers’ requests
- 1st Line fault diagnostics
- Using web portals to place orders with Openreach WLR3, TalkTalk and BT Wholesale.
- Handling complaints
- Retaining customers and upselling products

Essential skills:

- Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in customer service/account development role
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills:

- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of WLR3 Portal, TalkTalk Portals & BT Portals.
