They are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge onto customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm.
About the role of Customer Service Advisor
- You will be required to manage a database of current customers.
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
- Offering product advice to clients (full training given).
- Process orders.
- Required to assist with marketing campaigns.
- You will be working towards the company guidelines and KPI`s and targets.
Roles to include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Offering product advice to clients (full training given)
- Adding new orders onto our internal system
- Preparing quotes
- Various ad-hoc duties
- 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.45-5.15)
Preferable skills for this role:
- Proactive and driven to achieve results
- Experience with customer interaction would be beneficial
- Must be a team player
- Proficient telephone manner
- Keen to work as part of a small team with direct coaching and support.
You must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure on your own and also in a team environment. Any experience in print would be advantageous, although not at all essential, as full training will be given.
Working out of lovely offices just north of the York ring road, they think realistically access to a car would be essential to be able to work with them, although there is a bus from york to Stillington every hour.
