Requirements

They are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors, who have a can do attitude, whilst providing the highest levels of customer service. A strong listener who’s able to explain things clearly and tailor your approach to each individual customer, you’ll also have plenty of energy and enthusiasm on each and every one of your telephone calls ensuring the customer’s journey with us exceeds their expectations.

This role is a full time position on a rota basis, to include some evenings up to 8pm and Sundays: hours to be discussed at interview stage.

The following skills and experience will be beneficial for the Customer Service Advisor role, but are not essential:
- Customer Service Experience in a similar role
- Bathroom product knowledge isn’t essential but would be beneficial to this role
- Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
- Analytical in approach with experience of logging data for future reference
- Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and resilience
- Strong organisational skills
- Detail orientated

Key Tasks
- Providing excellent telephone based customer service, ensuring that information given is correct and queries are dealt with promptly
- Taking inbound calls from customers and offering information on the products and services we offer
- Dealing and responding to customer emails through our in house ticket system ensuring all queries are actioned within a reasonable time frame
- Taking ownership of customers’ queries and resolving them, in a timely manner
- Pro-Active Customer Service - Making outbound calls to new customers.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly
- Supporting the Marketing Department with promotional activity as required
- Ability to give guidance and advice on products we offer
