If so, there is an exciting opportunity available to join an Online Retailer based in Manchester that has over 10 years’ experience. They have success throughout the UK and Europe and the company is constantly growing.

They are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Admin to join their team immediately. You will be based in their brand new Head Office in Manchester and will be working within the admin team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

- Demonstrates initiative

Key Deliverables:

- Handle a wide range of customer contacts and enquiries over the telephone.
- Achieve individual KPIs and targets set to ensure all service level agreements are achieved across the business.
- Provide information to customers and ensure the query is dealt with in a timely manner or referred to the appropriate source if required.
- Prioritise own workload within guidelines in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Check all work completed at all times to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all transactions with customers are recorded in a timely, accurate and effective manner and the relevant records, computer and/or paper based are updated
- Deal with dissatisfied customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Navigate a number of mainframe and information based systems, whilst dealing with the customer on the telephone.
