Responsibilities:
- Replying to email and telephone enquiries in English and French
- Contacting customers with updates about orders or enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, technical queries etc
- Proofreading and translating marketing materials from English to French
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Skills:
- Fluent in English and French, written and oral
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated, team player
- Professional telephone manner
- Can-do, positive attitude
