£10.45 per hour, full and part time positions available.

You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor in the inbound contact centre for a highly successful and expanding business (recently voted in the UKs top 1000 companies to inspire Britain) that supplies fresh produce and fine foods to the catering industry across the south west.

This is a busy inbound contact centre where you will be responsible for developing client relationships over the phone, taking repeat orders and up-selling and cross-selling food products.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

- Take in-bound customer calls and orders
- Log additional orders received by email, fax and answer-phone
- Data entry – assisting with accurately and efficiently entering all orders onto the computer system
- Resolve all customer service queries to achieve the highest level of satisfaction
- Build strong working relationships with new and existing customers
- Encourage customers to buy new and special lines
- Ensure the specialist products are booked by the deadline and the relevant reports are run.
- Administration, reports and invoicing as required

Skills & Experience:

- 1 year’s customer service experience
- Telesales experience preferable but not essential
- An excellent telephone manner and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers over the phone
- The confidence and flair for ‘warm’ sales – up-selling and cross selling
- IT literacy/data entry skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced and often pressurised environment
- A positive team player with a high degree of initiative
- As the office is based in a rural location a driving licence and your own transport is required.

Customer Service Advisor (Evenings) £10.45 per hour + bonus + benefits including 20 days’ holiday + 8 days’ bank holiday pay, company pension, health care, free parking, discounted produce, Christmas food box etc.

Based in the Chew Valley (Bishop Sutton, Bristol BS39), 12 miles South of Bristol and Bath.

As the office is based in a rural location a driving licence and your own transport is required.

Customer Service Advisor (Evenings) Hours of Work: Working a minimum of 18 hours per week you will work on a rotating shift between the hours of 16.30 - 19.00 and Midnight over 4 or 5 evenings a week to include a Friday or Sunday evening (please state preference on your application).
