The role involves:
- Actively responding to customer emails
- Offering technical assistance via email and phone
- Processing customer orders and returns
- Tracking and tracing parcels for customers
- Responding to customer claims and chargebacks
- Liaising with team members to address customer issues
- Responding to customer online feedback and reviews
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Other ad-hoc duties
