This company is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- To ensure incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and courteously and any queries dealt with swiftly and professionally.
- To input sales orders onto the mainframe computer system.
- To maximise sales of the Company's products.
- To establish and consolidate a good working relationship with Sales Representatives’, external and internal customers and colleagues.
- To comprehend the query log and update as and when queries are resolved.
- To provide clerical and sales support within the department,
- To keep abreast of any new products and developments.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

- Previous experience in a professional customer service/call-centre environment preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner essential.
- Basic computer skills in order to retrieve information and process the same via a mainframe computer system.
- Must possess a passion for excellence.
- A team-player.
- The ability to communicate confidently with persons at all levels.
- A flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral essential.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and sense of urgency important.
- The ability to multi-task and work productively under pressure.
- Mature and confident in approach to work with adaptable attitude.
- Enthusiastic and cheerful.
- The ability to acquaint oneself with the Company's products and internal organisation, after training.
