Key Responsibilities
- Servicing all inbound contact; predominantly via Web Chat, also using Email and Phone, striving for First Contact Resolution and maximum customer advocacy
- Playing an active role in customer retention, using knowledge of the business and your initiative to offer rewards and incentives
- Liaising with other departments whilst maintaining full ownership of the customer’s query
- Welcoming and verifying new customers
The successful candidate will possess
- An engaging personality, someone who will naturally gain rapport with our varied customer base
- A team player, we have a supportive, ‘family’ culture
- Excellent written and verbal customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task during busy periods
- An ability to learn and operate multiple systems
- A minimum of 1 years experience working within a Customer Service capacity
The shift pattern currently available is –
- 12-hour evening shift from 7pm to 7am, 4 days on, 4 days off
