If talking and listening to people comes naturally, you could be part of a team who make sure that when people call this company about their gardening need, they experience the very best customer service.

They are looking for Customer Service Advisers to join the team for their busy season from January to May 2018

You’ve ideally worked in a people-focused role before but they don’t insist on contact centre experience. They look for people who are good listeners with strong attention to detail – you need to absorb what customers tell you and then provide the right information and products. Most of the time you’ll be taking calls, but there’s some admin work too – you’ll need to be comfortable using a computer, for example to log call details, process an order or send an email.

You’ll need to be prepared to work shifts any time between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday (Inc. bank holidays) and 8.30am to 4.00pm on a scheduled Saturday. They do their best to be fair and flexible when they share out shifts so if you do work a Saturday you will have time off in lieu.
