This company is an established and successful commercial catering equipment design and supply company with a key client list including some of the best known restaurant names on the High Street.

They are seeking a diligent & well organised individual for this position within the office team at their Sawston, Cambridge offices.

The role will be geared around providing a full after-sales customer service and include amongst other functions…

- Acting as one of the main and initial points of contact for their clients
- Arranging and managing engineer attendance for after-sales service visits
- Processing both pre & post service call data including arranging engineer visits, providing quotations where necessary, placing related supplier orders, raising sales invoices and health & safety related information where applicable
- Maintaining client records and engineering databases

Key attributes for a successful applicant will be

- The ability to process incoming enquiries in a timely manner
- Good communication skills allied to a clear and logical mind-set
- A pro-active, customer orientated and focused approach with a “can do” attitude
- A good team player but someone also comfortable and good at working under their own initiative
- Competence with standard IT software packages such as MS Word and Excel.

In summary, the role will be perfectly suited for those able to work well under pressure and prioritise customer care.

Starting salary will be dependent on age and experience, but in the range £16,000 to £18,000 pa
