Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating production paperwork including BOM, CPL (Component Parts List), Job Specification, Efficiency Sheet and Engineers Sheet for all jobs.
- Utilising internal stock system to allocate parts, record wastage and manufacture jobs when completed.
- To order component parts for new jobs, chase deliveries of components, check new parts are correct against specification when delivered and input new parts onto internal stock system.
- Help maintain stock control system.
- Booking in deliveries and arranging transport in a timely manner.
- Raising delivery notes
- Recording and maintaining efficiency figures and preparing information for management meetings
- Enter data, raise purchase & production orders into system as required and run reports.
- Maintain various spreadsheets and produce data/reports for the business as required.
- Reconciliation of stocks and finished goods and ensure all data is kept up to date
- Assisting with answering incoming calls as necessary and directing to the appropriate department, or resolving queries where possible.
- Taking handovers from Sales department for new jobs and create productions packs.
The successful candidate will need a positive and self-motivated attitude. Admin experience and a fantastic telephone manner are essential along with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Being able to prioritise your workload alongside confidence and skilled communication will make you an ideal candidate.
