This company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who shares their passion for providing an unrivalled experience for their customers. This is a full-time role based within their UK Customer Service team at their global headquarters in Burnley; 08.30 am – 17.00 pm Monday to Friday (with an early finish Friday initiative).

The Role – To administer sales orders and enquiries, providing customer service support.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for orders and co-ordination of customer service.
- Order and sample processing, monitoring of orders, stocks and print dates and advising customers accordingly.
- Accurate recording of price agreements or service agreements pertaining to individual customers.
- Resolving problems to the satisfaction of both parties, or to escalate accordingly.
- Extending administrative support to the Business Development Managers when required.

The ideal candidate -
- Office administration and customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and have attention to detail.
- Evidence of excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Positive attitude and a team player, but also able to work under own initiative and demonstrate a sound business acumen.
